📖 Overview
WorkHub HR is a comprehensive human resources management system designed for Gulf businesses. It consists of a desktop application (Windows) for HR administrators and a mobile app (iOS & Android) for employee self-service.
System Architecture
Offline-First: Your data is stored locally on your own servers with full data sovereignty. Cloud sync is optional for multi-device access and mobile app connectivity.

Installation Steps
Download the Installer
Download WorkHub_HR_Setup_v13.exe from the official website or provided link.
Run the Installer
Right-click → Run as Administrator. The installer will set up all required components automatically.
Launch WorkHub HR
The application will auto-detect the database, initialize it, and open the Company Setup wizard.
The installer includes all required components — no manual setup needed.
⚙️ First Setup
On first launch, you'll see the Company Setup wizard with two options:
Option A: New Company
Enter company details
Arabic name (required), English name, country, city, phone, email, CR number, industry.
Choose subscription plan
Select from Free to Corporate. Plans loaded from server. Apply discount code if you have one.
Set company password
Minimum 6 characters. Used to link other devices.
Save your Company Code
You'll receive a unique code like WH-XXXXX. Keep it safe.
Keep your Company Code and password safe. Needed for other devices and mobile app.
Option B: Existing Company
Enter your Company Code (WH-XXXXX) and password to link this device.
📱 Mobile App
WorkHub HR mobile app provides employee self-service features:
- GPS Attendance with biometric + geofence
- Leave Management — balances, requests, tracking
- Payslip — monthly salary breakdown
- Projects & Tasks — view and update progress
- Field Sales — record visits with GPS
- Manager Approvals — approve requests, view team

Employee Activation
HR generates activation code
Desktop → Settings → Users → Generate Device Code
Employee enters code in app
One-time activation. Device locked to employee.
Set PIN or Biometric
4-digit PIN or fingerprint/Face ID for daily login.

💾 Backup & Restore
Regular backups protect your data.
- Settings → Backup → Backup Now

Always backup before updating or making major changes.
🔄 Cloud Sync
Cloud sync enables mobile app and multi-device access. Runs every 150 seconds automatically.
Sync ensures consistency across devices. Changes pushed in real-time and pulled automatically.

Manage users from Settings → System → Users Management.

🔧 Troubleshooting
Check database service in Windows Services. Restart if needed.
Check internet, subscription status, and server URL in Company Profile.
Verify code from desktop. One-time use. Check employee record and internet.
