Terms of Service

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using WorkHub HR software, mobile application, or any related services (collectively, the «Service»), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the «Client») and Whisper Information Technology Co. L.L.C (the «Company»).

2 Service Description

WorkHub HR is a comprehensive human resources management system that includes:

• Desktop application (Windows) for HR administrators
• Mobile application (iOS & Android) for employee self-service
• Cloud synchronization services
• 10 integrated modules: Employees, Attendance, Leave, Payroll, Recruitment, Training, Performance, Projects, Sales Reps, and Organization

3 Account Registration

To use the Service, you must register your company and provide accurate information including company name, contact details, commercial registration number (if applicable), and a secure password.

Upon registration, you will receive a unique Company Code (e.g., WH-XXXXX). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.

4 Subscription & Billing

4.1 Plans

WorkHub HR offers subscription tiers from Free (up to 4 employees, forever free) through Corporate (500+ employees).

4.2 Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. Annual subscriptions receive a discount.

4.3 Payment Methods

Payments are processed through a secure payment gateway. Payment links are valid for 24 hours.

4.4 Upgrades & Credit

When upgrading, remaining days are calculated as credit. Downgrading is not available.

4.5 Discount Codes

Discount codes are one-time use only. Each provides 5% discount.

5 Free Trial

New registrations receive a free trial period with full access.

6 User Obligations

You agree to:

• Use the Service only for lawful business purposes
• Maintain accurate employee records
• Not reverse engineer or extract source code
• Not share credentials with unauthorized parties
• Not store or transmit malicious code
• Comply with applicable labor laws

7 Data & Privacy

7.1 Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all your data.

7.2 Data Storage

Offline-first architecture. Primary data on your local database. Cloud sync is optional.

7.3 Data Collection

GPS collected only during attendance and field visits, with consent.

7.4 Data Protection

Industry-standard security: HTTPS/TLS, secure hashing, device verification.

8 Intellectual Property

All IP belongs to Whisper Solutions. Your license is limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable.

9 Service Availability

Desktop works fully offline. Cloud features require internet. Not liable for outages.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Service is provided «as is» without warranties
• Not liable for indirect or consequential damages
• Total liability capped at 12 months of payments
• Not responsible for data loss from user error or hardware failure

11 Termination

• Client: by not renewing
• Company: for violations, with 30 days notice
• Company: immediately for fraud or illegal use

Local data stays. Cloud data retained 90 days then deleted.

12 Changes to Terms

We may modify terms with 30 days notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

13 Governing Law

Governed by Qatar law. Disputes resolved in Qatar courts.
